Meals
Meals for guests mainly consist of traditional dishes which are prepared at home. The menu is varied and can be made depending on the request of the tourist. The main dishes are the following:
1. Zeama with chicken meat with homemade noodles;
2. Borsch with cabbage and beans;
3. Fish soup;
4. Cabbage rolls (with chicken, beef, pork meat);
5. Stew with mamaliga and bryndza;
6. Rabbit stew in cauldron;
7. Soup with rabbit meat;
8. Stewed beans;
9. Pies (with bryndza, cabbage, potatoes, pumpkin);
10. Shashlyk (rabbit, pork, beef, chicken meat).
Example of the menu:
Breakfast: Tarts with jam (strawberry, raspberry etc.); Sandwiches with sausage, cheese, vegetables; Salad (carrot, nut and orange); Boiled eggs; Home cookies; Tea, coffee.
Lunch: Mushroom soup; Chicken stew with mamaliga and sheep bryndza; Salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, bryndza and chicken breast; Potatoes with pork meat baked in the oven; Vegetables, fruits; Juice.
Dinner: Mashed potatoes with chicken meatballs; Egg-stuffed tomatoes; Baked apples; Salad with cabbage, carrot, vegetables; Juice; Fruits; Home cookies.
